There is plenty of seating, space and fun shared outdoor areas including 2 private patios at this awesome triplex. This is a triplex with a duplex in the front building. You enter the space at the 1st floor on the right side of the building. This entire unit is on one floor. There is a private balcony/patio in the front and also in the back. Then the courtyard in the back is shared between the entire triplex.
