This perfectly peaceful space is a desirable ground, corner unit in the serene Amelia Landings community, tucked away perfectly in the heart of Amelia Island. My home is truly a peaceful experience. You can eat-in, or enjoy the many fine restaurants nearby. Listen to the sound of the ocean late at night, as it crashes against the shore. Life doesn't get any better than this, my friend! Put your feet up, and enjoy your stay. Come down and enjoy my beach home when I cannot – everything is already here waiting for you!

This is my home away from home, I am not a professional host. I personally stay in this unit several times a year as I love the area and have been going to Fernandina Beach for years. I want everyone to enjoy their time here as much as I do, please try to care for it as if it was your own.

We loved this place -- close enough to walk to the beach if you don't mind walking. The property is beautiful - I love the mossy trees. Condo is perfect -- great back porch. It is awesome that beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, and toys) are provided. Less things to pack/buy!

Incredible experience
Clean, quiet, stay; we felt like we were staying in a woods on the screen porch. The unit is beautifully stocked with anything you might need to prepare meals. Pool is near by, close enough to the ocean and life guarded beach. Much attention has been paid to detail. We had no need to contact owners; wifi access was printed in several places, directions were clear in terms of expectations. Loved our stay here, will be back!

Restful stay on Amelia Island
We loved the property, furnishings and care that the host gave us. The pool was initially a problem for us because the property management decided to make repairs during our stay but this was delayed until after we left so we were able to use the beautiful pool. Our host was supportive in addressing our concerns and we had a lovely stay. Would recommend this location to everyone!

Our favorite spot
This was our second time to stay at Thomas’s wonderful condo. It is just a perfect place for us and I am sure others would find the same thing. There are just no negatives that we experienced again this year. The condo is very clean and has everything you need no matter if you eat in or take out. We like to cook and it is enjoyable here. The new smart TVs in all the rooms are great. Very easy to use and with the great internet connection the condo is all set for entertainment any way you want to use it. The location is another plus. It is a short walk, 10 minutes, to the beach. There is a great ice cream shop and also 3 really good restaurants within that short walk. One of these is right on the ocean. Just can’t say enough about the location. One last thing I must mention is the lanai. It is my favorite part of the condo. It is very comfortable and a relaxing place just to sit and enjoy the weather. Hope you enjoy your stay!

A comfortable place!
This was our 3rd. time, so, obviously we enjoy our stay. For us, we find that it is a great location for what we want to do. It just so happens that Fernandina Beach is approximately half way from our homes and so, it makes it convenient for us to gather with family.

Great Apartment, Great Location, Great Vacation
We've stayed here before and look forward to coming back. The apartment is always clean, well furnished, and includes everything you'll ever need, even beach chairs and towels. Check it out before you go to the grocery as they've probably got coffee filters, laundry soap, and other essentials already there. We replace what we use but it's nice to not have to shop as soon as you arrive so you can start vacation right away. Thanks for another great stay. Looking forward to next time!

Loved all
Took my mom and sister. We enjoyed our stay! Bottom floor but had 5 steps up, they were challenging for my 87 yr old mom, but she survived it. That was only issue so if you choose this location and cant handle stairs might not be good. Everything else was Great. Enjoyed the pool too. Thanks Thomas for letting us stay at your home. Great Trip with some issues
Overall the property was clean and had all we needed. Walk to the beach - 1/4 mile was acceptable; This would have been a 5star but we had roach issues. Roaches crawling on us at night was a big problem. In view of this, I would not recommend the property unless this issue is rectified.
