"All was great except it was understaffed. All were doing triple duty. Working front desk, helping in kitchen, while providing pool towels. Working the bar, cashier, while being wait staff."

"The only review I can possibly leave is that this is a stellar location. It comes with the highest rating I can give it, I would give it a higher rating if allowed. The location is excellent and I would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to someone else. This was our second stay here and I will stay again, if travel necessitates another trip to this area. I mentioned the last time that the bed was slightly firmer than I like it, so the host made sure there was extra padding for the bed. There is a futon in the room that can be used to accommodate more guests, but since we didn’t need it, it made for excellent seating to spend our down time on. This is a very pet friendly space with a spacious fenced in back yard to take your pet in without having to worry about them getting away. It’s well lit at night also. There is a small fridge with a freezer, a toaster oven, microwave and Keurig with plenty of choices of coffee. Every toiletry you could need is also provided. There is a grocery store within a very short ride as well as plenty of restaurants available very close by. Once again, it’s important to nite that our host was very responsive to our needs and respectful of our privacy! Highly recommend!"

"Phenomenal property. Phenomenal location. Phenomenal host.Host was extremely helpful with check in instructions. Host was available throughout stay with advice about restaurant recs and many other things.Location on beach is wonderful. Quiet area, but close enough to nightlife. Best of both worlds.We will be back. Our new go to place in Jax Beach.Highest recommendation possible."
