"We are local and vacation on Lake Martin every summer, and this is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The house is cozy and has everything you need, the water access is perfect. We brought our kayak for our teenagers, swam, and fished (caught two blue gill). The grill and picnic area are nice. We had Canadian geese came and swam with us every day we were there. We will definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I stayed at this property for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed our time on Lake Martin. We originally had planned on having another couple with us, but it ended up just being the 2 of us. This is a nice 3/3 with a pretty view from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, a great upper deck, patio and dock. I have rented a boat from the marina that's only 2 doors away, but they were purchased by another owner and were still under renovation, so I'm not sure if they'll continue renting boats once they reopen. It's a lively spot, but they've moved the gas pumps to the other side of the inlet, so that should cut down on the number of boats coming into this slew. Sitting on the dock, with a steady breeze and miles of water ahead makes for a relaxing evening!"
