"Booked this condo for a girls weekend, specifically because the title states in big capital letters "HOT TUB ACCESS". After seeing that in the title, the owners then expect you to read the fine print that the hot tub access is seasonal. And of course it was closed when we went. If the hot tub access is seasonal, they should put that in big fat letters in the title too. Super disappointed and the response I got when bringing it to their attention was less than stellar. The condo itself was okay....

"Perfect accommodations for my first trip to Jackson Hole/Yellowstone. Condo is cozy, clean, furnishings are lovely. Having an in unit washer dryer was amazing since we were there a week. 10/10 recommend- very convenient and will definitely not be my last stay. Clean, and mgmt was very quick to respond to any questions from the time I made reservations until check out. Loved it!"

"The location of this property was great (although 20 minutes from downtown Jackson and 30 minutes from the Jackson Hole airport), however, there was a few flaws. The check in process was difficult due to the lack of parking and inadequate instructions of parking in a tiny garage, there was also no light for the front door and so the stairs and front door were pitch black. The hot water was also extremely limited, so showers had to be quick and rushed to avoid a drastic temperature change. ...

"The unit was just as expected and in a great location. I've stayed in the Aspens several times because the location has been perfect for us. There were plenty of towels, kitchen items, toiletries, etc. Check in was easy as we were given a door code before arriving. Check out Persephone nearby for morning coffee! This area typically has moose, although we didn't see any this time, which was unusual. Communication with the host was easy and they were quick to respond and always friendly :-)"

"Very clean and very nice loft bedroom suite. Would prefer check-in info earlier, but policy per Outpost is to give the day of. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to Jackson Hole and the Tetons. Great home base. No AC but not an issue as there are ample fans. Outpost encouraged questions if any issues and were very responsive."
