"Check in levou quase 30 minutos, entre verificação de documentos e liberação do quarto. Já no quarto, havia cheiro de mofo/umidade, as luzes na cabeceira estavam quebradas e/ou não funcionais. No banheiro, o teto estava com muitas moscas dentro do box, um dos pisos quebrados próximo ao ralo, chuveiro estava com a mangueira em pessimas condições e quase quebrada, chuveiro vazando água pelos lados. Fomos transferidos para outro quarto, o chão claramente não havia sido limpo (haviam papéis de...

"The pool was amazing"

"Good. The problem was that the tea pot kettle and arrangement for tea were not there. This may be done or told in fcailities. It was too too noisy, because of ground floor rentaurente."

"Isolated from pretty much everything except the Rio Centro convention center. Breakfast decent. Room has nothing no iron, coffee or tea. Drapes very dusty. Highway is quite loud. "

"Do not expect a warm or enthusiastic welcome in any way from reception. They will make you feel they are doing you a favour by checking you in with the bare minimum of interaction. I have stayed twice and will not stay again. They F&B staff are great and could teach the reception team something about offering hospitality"
