The hotel staff are outstanding. We were there for Omanās national day, and they even gave us free pins to wear. We couldnāt have asked for a nicer hotel staff. I donāt understand what this place doesnāt have five stars!

Best location if go for trek W4. Very good prices. Although small, tents are very comfortable and well designed, with very nice camp fire place. It can be a bit hard to sleep if you have noisy neighbors. Good food and very nice facility. Atmosphere there is outstanding and you will feel extremely relaxed.

I would not drive to hotel in standard 4 or 6 cylinder FWD or RWD sedan. Drive to hotel is filled with amazing views, but proper vehicle is necessary. We had a great and enjoyable stay. The food was delicious and freshly-made always. Its filled with picturesque views all over and around the hotel. The staff are pleasant and accommodating. Worth mentioning is Miss Juvy Castillo who attended tirelessly to all our queries and made our Anniversary vacation a memorable one. We loved the heated infinity pool and jacuzzis above the mountain. We highly recommend this hotel and we are definetely planning our next stay. š
