"Everything was above and beyond what we expected. A well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and many games. We enjoyed the nice big pool and jacuzzi. We also made good use of the popcorn machine, it was a big hit for all ages. The host was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. We had 12 people staying there and relatives visiting, it never felt crowded. I highly recommend this for a large group."

"15 minute wait for check-in after 10 pm. No hand towels or wash clothes in both reserved rooms. Dirty air filters, blood in bottom of fridge, dirty floors, no black out curtain, homeless live in woods surrounding property."

"Curb appeal was lacking - the exterior wood and front door need painting. Yardwork is needed on the front and back, which was overgrown. The inside was clean, except for the large stain on the couch. The tubs in both bathrooms need to be replaced ASAP. I shared more feedback with the owner, but got a generic response back so not sure if it was actually received. I would not rent this home again. "
