The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning."
