"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"

Staff is very helpful and explained were to find everything. the only moment of frustration was when we were asked to pay 25 euros on top of the bill for final cleaning - amount not mentioned on website during booking. and because we've stayed only for one night it sounded a bit excessive. but it was waived when I pointed out that I was not advised in advance"

"Stay was better after upgrade to larger caravan. Normal type camping/ caravan style village, staff was good and helpful, but some facilities not available like outdoor pool, location ok but transport needed for shops, bar and restaurant expensive with limited menu and a per person table charge of 2euro which I feel is a con charging to sit and have a drink or meal Overall it's ok for what it is so long as you don't expect much "

"Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). Only limited kitchen equipment but fine for simple meals. Sofa bed...
