I had a very pleasant stay. My first night was in a smoking room, which was switched on my request to a nonsmoking one for the remainder of my stay. I'd particularly like to mention Burcu who was very helpful in arranging the room change

Do NOT stay here in April if you value Air Conditioning. The owner is cheap as hell and will NOT turn the AC on without multiple people complaining about it being hot. We had heat pumping and it was like 27⁰C outside, it was absolutely horrible. Window only opened halfway even though our neighbor's window opened so wide you could fit a mattress through it. Honestly do NOT stay here, you could do so much better 15 minutes away, in any of the other 20 hotels. Also, breakfast not being free is a crime.

Our home from home.

As always, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We are impressed that there is now an underground metro station just a few minutes walk away giving us easy access to the centre of Izmir. We will come again.

Be selective about the room

Entering the hotel lobby was difficult, there should be more clear signs in car park. It was only one night stay for us but they gave a room that almost doesn't have a window (small windows looking at nowhere). I am a bit frustrated about this.

Check in için geldiğimizde rezervasyon yok dediler. Sonra bekletip bir oda verdiler. Sigara içilmeyen oda olmasına rağmen inanılmaz sigara kokuyordu. Bağlantılı oda olduğu için yan odadakilerin bütün konuşması odamızın içindeydi. İzolasyon çok kötü idi. Gece 2 ye kadar onları dinlemek zorunda kaldık. Sussunlar diye duvarı yumruklamak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı çeşit çok zayıf, ürünler lezzetsizdi.

Otel konfor,temizlik,çalışanlar bakımından güzel. Fakat odalar çok ses geçiriyor. Yandaki bitişik oda ile olan kapıdan sesler normale göre fazlasıyla geliyordu. Kahvaltı dahil diye düşünmüştüm ama kahvaltısız seçmişim. Kahvaltısız otel odası bazında fiyat birazcık fazla. Çalışanlar kibar,yardımsever. Otopark imkanı var.
