The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms (we had two) were clean. The a/c's in both rooms were marginal, even though the management tried to make them better, they didn't cool the rooms down very efficiently. The breakfast was great. I still recommend this hotel, it is nice.

This room smelled of smoke which was uncomfortable for us. The staff was good and arranged for a taxi for Ida’s in the middle of the night. There beds were Good and The elevator worked. Ok for a one night stay.

We used this as a cheap overnight stay near the airport having arrived past midnight into Izmir. Very functional for that purpose. Had a family room. It's spacious. AC works. There is no duvet just a small thing blanket and this wasn't enough to share for two. Breakfast was more than expected. Valet parking worked well.

the reason i chose this hotel was the location, close to the airport. it was clean, and though small, understandable for 1 person, it was good to stay. also it worked out well when i had to go to the airport at 6am in the morning. very convenient.

We stayed here before catching an early flight from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable and a good size, staff helpful and friendly We only had a short stay but had no issues. Because of its location, the road outside is a very busy but we had a room at the front and it wasn't too noisy

Good room, clean with hot water and good heating. Free parking, but small. Don't want how is parking at high season. Quiet area, with some shops and restaurants. Nice staff.

We chose Hakcan Hotel because of the proximity to the airport. Though we had a rented car we would have enjoyed to use public transport to get places. But this seemed to be a big mistery and we were advised to use a taxi instead. In this respect the Hakcan team could do a better job. Everything else was fine. Thankyou!

It was not pleasant place to stay on main road, no AC smoking rooms, beds not comfortable blankets too small if you're 5"10 and overall not worth staying in.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet and the location is fairly convenient to the airport. There is some shopping within a few blocks, easy walking distance. They allow pets and there are a few small parks to take a walk with your pet (stray dogs). We asked for a "wake up" call because we had a flight at 5:30am - but the call was not made and because I woke up and saw the time we scrambled like firemen to get a taxi called to the hotel, get packed, and checked out of the room to get to the airport. We got to the airport check-in too late and missed our flight.

Aile olarsak konakladık. Fiyat performans oteli olup kahvaltı için çok büyük beklentiniz olmasın. Kaldığımız oda 4 kişiye yetecek kadar yatak vardı. Çalışanlar gayet yardımseverdi.
