Sadly not the best experience. The staff was smoking everywhere and the hotel looked to be under construction. Location is good and the staff was very friendly though. Overall medium rating.

I was really disappointed as this turned out to be a renovation project with cheap solutions everywhere. Dirty carpet, towels were dirty and no shelves in the bathroom to store my things. Location is perfect in Karsiyaka Carsi and the bed sheets were assumingly very coean so that is a plus. Overall very disappointed.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt! Ich kann gar nicht genug positive Dinge über mein Erlebnis in diesem Hotel sagen! Von dem Moment an, als ich eincheckte, wurde ich von einem äußerst netten und hilfsbereiten Personal empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und standen jederzeit bereit, um Fragen zu beantworten oder Empfehlungen für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zu geben. Die unkomplizierte Atmosphäre des Hotels hat meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier ein großartiges Team am Werk ist, das sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste kümmert. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und ich fühlte mich sofort wie zu Hause. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist die perfekte Lage des Hotels. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, sodass man die wichtigsten Attraktionen der Stadt bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das hat es mir ermöglicht, die Stadt in vollen Zügen zu genießen, ohne viel Zeit mit dem Transport verbringen zu müssen. Zusammenfassend kann ich dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wer eine freundliche Atmosphäre, unkomplizierten Service und eine zentrale Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ich freue mich schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen!

Mit dem Taxi ging es zum Hotel , was schwer zu finden war. Am Empfang ging es dann schnell hoch zu den Zimmern in den 4 Stock wo es kein Aufzug gab. Der ganze Flur stank nach Zigaretten Qualm. Uns wurde das Zimmer 403 zugeteilt. Beim eintreten in den Zimmer bekamen wir ein Schock . Der Teppich hatte es hinter sich ,war gerissen und nicht mal gesaugt ,die komplette Einrichtung war Schrott. Schrauben ragten 4 cm aus der Kommode , Verletzungsgefahr . In der Schublade eine kackerlacke die herum irrte . Das Bettbezug war nicht sauber mit Haaren versehen . Das Bad war auch in einem sehr sehr schlechten Zustand . Einfach dreckig . Steckdose ragte aus der Wand , die Spüle war undicht. Die Einrichtung war einfach Schrott . Da sollte man sich für schämen einen Kunden so was anzubieten .. Wir haben darauf auf ein anderes Zimmer bestanden. Es ging in 404 . Es war auch nicht sauber . Das Bad hatte es auch hinter sich. Wir haben darauf den Hotel Angestellten gebeten das Zimmer reinigen zulassen . Er wollte sich drum kümmern. Erst nach 3 Tagen wurde das Zimmer gereinigt . Der Aufenthalt abends war mit viel lärm versehen (Es kamen Paare die Liebe gemacht haben und gingen ). Das Zimmer stank immer nach Zigaretten Qualm. Auch wenn es nur 5 Nächte waren und nicht lange der Aufenthalt in dem Zimmer war ,nur zum schlafen war es eine Katastrophe. Wie es auf den Bildern zu sehen ist ist es von der Realität sehr entfernt. Schade das wir keine Fotos gemacht haben .

Otel personeli gayet ilgili fakat odalarda eksiklik var. Kaldığımız odalardan birinde saç kurutma makinesi bozuktu. Tuvalet taşının konumu duşakabin ile çakıştığından tuvaleti kullanmak gerçekten maharet gerektiriyor. Diğer odalardada duşakabin kapakları tam kapanmadığı için sular banyonun her tarafına yayılıyordu. Sonuçta çalışanların iyi olması başka profesyonel yönetici olmak farklı. Bir de otelin bulunduğu yer tamamen trafiğe kapalı bir alanda olduğu için çantalarınızla ulaşmak için yaklaşık 750-800 metre yürümeniz gerekiyor. Bu tanıtım da belirtilmemiş.

Otelin konumu çok iyi, tam merkezi mağazalara yakın bir noktada. Personel çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Ama temizlik konusunda çok başarılı değil, lavabonun musluğu elimde kalacaktı ve odada bir değişik koku

Otel odasının kapısını ilk açtığımda odanın halılarında pis ayakkabı izleri vardı onun dışında pencere kenarları pisti.Fakat haklarını yiyemem bunun dışında bir sorun yaşamadım Odadan memnundum.

Dit hotel is voldoende, we verbleven er 1 dag en dat was goed te doen. Het hotel is midden in het centrum en alles is op loopafstand wat super fijn is. Het hotel zelf is niet super schoon en het personeel is niet erg betrokken wat oké is. Locatie is perfect!

das Hotel befindet sich halb im Bau. Das Personal unsichtbar.Ein Fenster im Zimmer kein Griff so das jederzeit jemand vom DachTerasse nebenan ins Zimmer. Noch vieles mehr.Hab per Fotos Dokumentiert. Wenn der Bau fertig ist wird bestimmt ein schönes Hotel.

Resepsiyondaki bayan arkadas ilgilense de odamizi almamiz gereken saatten gec teslim aldik.Odada havlu terlik yoktu temizlik gorevlisi arkadasa soyledikten sonra terlik kalmadigini soyledi 3 kisiye 2 takim havlu verildi ve birdaha iletisim kurmak istemedigim icin herhangi birsey soylemedim.sabah kahvaltisi yatili okul kahvaltisi gibi hersey minumum ama cay istedigimiz kadar alabildik.Otelin konumu cok iyi merkezi bir yerde.calisanlar guler yuzlu (temizlik personeli arkadas haric)bidaha kalirmiyim zor.Gene de teşekkurler. Unutmadan asansör olmaması da dezavantaj. Bavulları taşımak zor oldu.
