"Nos tocó en temporada de lluvia y la habitación tenía goteras. Nos cambiaron de habitación y mi reservacion era para 3 personas y solo habia una toalla. Ni una botella de agua en la habitación. El menú del restaurante limitado y de lo que había en la carta muy caro y varios productos sin existencia. Mal servicio para un fin de semana en vacaciones "

"Room has large kitchen, great walk-in shower, study, bedroom. Parking was a breeze. It is a short walk to downtown areas of Toluca. Breakfast was served to the room - great Mexican fruit cake and a nice pot of coffee. Really great."

My only suggestion would be to add an additional mirror in the room since the only one available was in the bathroom. "

"La propiedad es gradable a la vista, tiene habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Ofrece amenidades de un hotel de mayor nivel. Únicamente que el administrador o encargado es un poco enojón, regaño a la cocinera o mesera porque nos hizo una jarra de agua. Le dijimos que nos diera el costo y se le pagaba. En el menú que ofrecen no cuentan con las flamitas que mantienen los alimentos calientes. No cuenta con agua caliente, según pq son calentadores solares y por el clima no se calentaron.
