"We had a very nice stay at Casa 9. It is a beautiful and clean property. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The location is very good as well, near some excellent restaurant options. I would have given perfect scores but the “virtual” 24/7 concierge was not very responsive to us. I have only seen positive feedback on the concierge service in other reviews so we may have caught him during a bad time. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend Casa 9. "
