"外観はちょっと古めの一戸建てですが、内装はリフォームされていて清潔感があります。ベッドが気温の低い時期は寒く感じると思うので、毛布や厚手の寝巻きを用意しておくことをお勧めします。冷暖房がエアコンのみなので、つけっぱなしにすると乾燥しがちです。加湿器が欲しい所です。 Wifiはホテルや集合住宅と比較してかなり高速です。上下共300Mbps以上を計測しました。屋内BBQ可能とありますが、ごく一般的なガスコンロのキッチンです。調理器具も用意されているので食材を用意すれば普通に料理が可能ですが、炭火の網焼き等はできません。間取りはかなり広いと思いました。和洋室すべてに布団を敷き詰めたら10人程度は宿泊できそうな広さです。浴槽は少し小さめです。足をのばしてゆったり入れるようなタイプでは無く、数十年前の一般住宅にありがちな深い長方形のタイプです。また、リビングの張り紙にも記載されていますが、近隣に住宅があるため深夜に大騒ぎできるような立地ではない点にご注意ください。"

"We spent 2 nights before flying out of Narita airport and chose this location because of its location. The outlet mall is a 10 min walk down a rural one lane road but once there, you have great access to shops and great little restaurants. Only bad thing we encountered was taxis do not run early and getting my daughter to the airport for her flight at 9 was a nightmare. We had to wake the owner to get help with transportation. "3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。"
