"This was a fabulously beautiful ryokan With wonderful service, beautiful rooms that were large and with an ocean view. The staff speak adequate English. From the moment you walk in the lobby a sense of peace and serenity surrounds you.The onsen was on the top floor in some beautiful rock garden ledges with a great view. "The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. The baths were nice, the place was super clean. Transportation to get there is a bit difficult, but that I think is what makes this place attractive, since it's in such a nice, quiet part of Japan. "車椅子での利用。入り口の段差有り、スロープが無い。固定されて無い小さな簡易スロープは置いてありましたが、スーツケース用の為ぐらいのはかなさ。ロビー内はバリアフリー。でも海岸側の外に出ようとしたら、また段差。車椅子1人では、ホテルから外に出れない。当然、砂浜海岸までは長い階段。2泊3日だったけど、暇した。ランチがないので、苦労してオーシャンリゾートホテルまで行った。朝食バイキングにメインが無い。夕食メインは、揚げたての海老天、これには満足、だけど1人ふたつまで。会席料理頼んだけど、やっていませんと言われました。ウエルカムドリンクのカウンターまで階段で車椅子で行けないしセルフサービスと言われた。当然温泉ははいれなかったけど、入浴税は精算された。夜お腹すいても、ルームサービスは無い。夢を持って、もっと豪華にしたかった。GWの催しもショーなども一切なかった。"
