"Our lodgings at the Inn were comfortable and provided all of the basics needed for a visit to the area. The view was nice and the outdoor porches and rooftop made the view even more easy to enjoy. It seems a secluded place, but is in a well populated but very environmentally blended desert landscape. The nearby reservoir was a pleasant surprise. "This place really couldn’t be in a more beautiful spot. You have amazing red rock views, and you’re right by the Ivins Reservoir. The property is spacious, light, and full of windows. There is even a rooftop patio. Our only noteworthy complaint was that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. It is fine to sit on for short periods of time, but it seems more like outdoor furniture. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Ironically, we past this condo development on a previous trip to Ivins & thought it would be a great place to stay for our next trip there. I was really pleased to see this pop up in Expedia! It is in a remote area so A) It's very quiet B) It's a fabulous place to star gaze C) It is next to a small lake that you can walk around & or fish if you like.
