"A little weird with no reception, only electronic. But it all worked fine. There's a machine with snacks and beverages, a ping pong table, self serve laundromat with ironing board. And there is an actual human being on-site in a small office. Had no need to interact but was nice to know if you were to have some problem that there is a human being to help. Not sure if there is someone there around the clock or not. Anyway, enjoyed our stay. It's two blocks from the ferry terminal."

"It is a new hotel near the city center. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room and the common areas were clean and beautiful. The breakfast could be better."

"The staff were lovely and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size, though a bit more shelving in the bathroom would be handy for the toiletries. The kettle could do with being on a different tabltor have a longer cable, as you had to either unplug it, or move the cup down to where you could pour. The only other issue, is that the main menu stops at 6 p.m., there are other choices for the next hour, then it closes at 8 p.m. The TV also was problematic, as it gave sound but no picture. Eventually for some reason it actually showed the picture, but it took a good 10 minutes of trying all the buttons, getting annoyed with it and throwing it onto the bed!"
