"Didnt book the room until an hour before as was driving from Spain to UK and this is practically half way. The staff waited for me despite the latest check in being 10pm and I turned up at 11:30pm. Quick check in. Lovely new spacious room. Perfect for a quick stop over!"

Short walk to bus and train station for easy access, just over the bridge from the old town and a 5 minute stroll from Zurriola beach. The district of Gros is perfect and this apartment is in the heart of that. A quiet side road so peaceful at night. The family room was spacious for 4 and nicely decorated. "This is the first time at this Pensión and we received a lovely welcome from the owners. The place is in the very heart of the old town which is perfect. Even an Asian pintox right outside the door. The room was great as we had the private bathroom which is fabulous for Three of us to have our own space. Probably better for a couple and not a 10 year old sleeping in the bed but we managed. Nice place to hit the town for pintxos and a drink of Txakoli. One last thing if you’ve ever seen Bar...
