"The male waiters were rude and arrogant. The dinner was bad, but the breakfast was good. The shower was switching from hot to cold in a second you had to be careful not to be burned. The cleaning of the bath room needs improvement. Unfortunately we had next to the hotel a big dog barking during nighttime. Not a pleasant stay. "

"The service at this hotel needs special mention. Nthing was too much trouble and staff went well above and beyond what was expected. Arriving late we were welcomed by the restaurant manager (the only person still working) were shown to our room and offered a late meal (very welcome) asking at reception the next day for recommendations as to where to visit, within 5 minutes a knock on the door and a sheaf of suggestions in english. The restaurant is superb and the food excellent. A thunderstorm on the first night saw a lightening strike virtually on our block which put the power out. We heard a car engine about 30 mins later and someone reconnected the supply so it was there the next morning. A remote location in the hills with fabulous views, you will need a car! Great place to explore the local coastline and hill towns or to relax by the pool. 10 mins to Sperlonga with free car parking and less expensive accommodation. would recommend."
