"Beautiful location, way out in the countryside, were looking forward to it, stopped at a shop on the way to stock up, shouldn't have bothered, the kitchen on the listing is a hot plate down the side of Sabrina's house, not sure what you do if it rains? If you want to put your food on a plate, you have to ask for one, no plates, cutlery of glasses in the property, nothing to even make a coffee with in the morning. Options are drive to a restaurant or pay for a meal cooked by the host, advance...

"I proprietari della casa sono stati molto accoglienti e cortesi peccato che non mi hanno consegnato la casa prenotata e descritta nel sito. Mi hanno fornito due strutture di cui una accogliente ma sporca e con attrezzatura della cucina scarsa e molto sporca. La seconda struttura abitativa e' fatiscente, sporca e assolutamente non idonea per un soggiorno confortevole. Nel complesso la vacanza e' stata ottima anche per la meravigliosa piscina, gli ampi spazi e l'area barbecue"

"We had a wonderful family stay, the villa met all our expectations and more. The views are great and the pool area was perfect for the kids. It is well placed for the coast, but also for small inland towns and villages which give the authentic Italian experience. Also, easy and cheap access by train to the wonders of Rome and the craziness of Naples ! We love Italy and would love to return to this villa. We even had a proposal ... great memories.
