"I would not recommend this place, since there is no personnel at the hotel to manage the guests. We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "

Four japanese style bedrooms that lock separately, two toilets and showers, a spaceous kitchen, and one big shared living area which is lovingly decorated with traditional japanese decoration and furniture. "Accommodations are basic and a bit rundown. However, affordable dog friendly places to stay are limited, so we really appreciate Kaikeibo for providing us with this important option. It was an easy drive to Kansai Airport too."

"This place is a hidden gem. It is perfect for one or two travellers as the rooms are small but wide enough. The common space offers everything necessary for a good stay (fridge, water, kitchen, 300 yen washing machine, microwave...). Well located near green line and has a 7Eleven at 50 meters. Two rooms only so the common space is well enough. I highly recommand this accommodation."
