"Quiet, comfortable. Close to Nidri and the boating and restaurants there and good location for accessing all of Lefkada Island. Helpful staff. Property needs some repairs and upgraded stove in kitchen . Owner allowed access to the orange trees on the property. Great oranges! Bed was fine for our stay but could be upgraded. We much enjoyed our stay because we could cook there in the complete if out of date kitchen. "

"It is our home away from home. We truly had a good time in Meltemi Studios,the area, the vibe and being in Vasiliki allows you visit the two sides of the island. Clean sheets every two days, maintenance cleaning everyday as well. Easy to contact the owners, they are just a watts app away. I am so glad I picked Meltemi Studios, very highly recommended."

"Great location and comfy beds. Our apartment was on ground floor with a big tree in front so we knew the view would be limited. Would go for 1st floor next time. Well equipped apart from.having only 3 pillows so I had to buy another which I left there so future guests wont have that problem.. Bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries but the shower is best I have had in Greece. Owner v responsive to any questions I had beforehand."

"Spacious comfortable apartment with large balcony, making for very pleasant evenings over a drink or two, or even dinner if you decide to eat in. One minor "complaint" -after dark the lounge, with a single overhead light, is a bit gloomy. A couple of occasional lights would lift the mood! Excellent value!"

"We enjoyed our short stay at Beachfront/Waterfront studio 3. Well appointed kitchen area, excellent crockery and utensils. Shower was powerful albeit the light bulb in the room could be brighter. The super king size bed was extremely comfortable (the best bed we have found in Kefalonia after 20+ visits). Wonderful rubber trees outside gives privacy yet you still see the waves on the beach and wonderful sunset. Could do with a soft comfortable chair inside the bedroom area which is certainly...

"2 weeks at Steve and Dot’s studio - magical! Property was spotless and beautifully decorated with lots of extra little finishing touches. Excellent location, literally a minute from the beach, restaurants and shops. Assos really is a very special little place and Steve and Dot were always around if we needed them but unobtrusive…they also play some gorgeous music from their upstairs home, turn that music up! "Nice apartment, cleaned twice a week and bins cleaned every day, best shower we’ve had in Greece! Owners lovely and very helpful, Marina’s garden was a tranquil haven to relax in the lovely pool and was the highlight of the stay. Walked into town often which took about 20mins and about the same to nearest beach but we had a car to explore further which we would recommend. "Excellent location only 30 yards to the beach, extremely quite, but plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. We only left the beach road on one occasion when friends drove us to a Jaz night. Great shower with plenty of hot water for both of us, and a very comfortable bed. Liked the little veranda which we sat on every night enjoying several night caps. The only small criticism is that not much wardrobe space for a two week space, and would have loved a fridge/frezzer."

"This property was very lovely. It was incredibly clean and offered many amenities. The unit itself was large with plenty of space, and very clean and comfortable. The area around it is quite and beautiful being right on the water! The walk to town isn’t too bad but there are dining options and a few stores nearby too. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again! "

"This retreat hotel is close to the airport. Argostoli is about 20 mins drive. Room was spacious with a small kitchen. Access to beach is a short 2 min drive from hotel. Staff was attentive and gave us useful travel tips and driving directions. Restaurant menu offered limited choices but we were able to pre-order seafood dishes in advance and the hotel chef then ordered from the local fish market. We noticed water to contain sediment not sure if because of water filtering or water salt issues. "
