The Greenhouse: Modern Rural Escape with Fire Pit

Welcome to The Greenhouse where the feel of rural Upstate NY meets modern design in spacious setting, just minutes to downtown Ithaca. Enter the 3 bed/2 bath home step-free for easy accessibility. Inside the home you’ll find modern design touches, plenty of workspaces and comfortable queen beds. Outside enjoy ping pong, a BBQ, a campfire pit, and an EV charger.

**Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. The Greenhouse and Boho House each have fully private indoor and outdoor space.



The Space:

-PROPERTY: Our property is set on 7 rural acres and provides a feeling of privacy. Lay in the hammocks around the shared pond for full relaxation or kick back in the Adirondack chairs for an afternoon nap.

-KITCHEN: The fully outfitted kitchen gives you everything you need to cook and serve all your meals. We also provide the following to make your stay easy and comfortable: salt, pepper, cooking oil, coffee creamer, sugar, Starbucks K-cups for the Keurig, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and sponges.

-BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms each with a comfortable queen bed with high quality linens to give you the hotel sleeping experience.

-BATHROOOMS: Soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryers, and toilet paper are provided in both of our bathrooms. One bathroom is located in the hallway and the other is attached to the primary bedroom.

-INTERNET: High speed Wi-Fi has a strong connection through the property.

-EV CHARGER: Level two EV charger located on the front of the house with NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connections.

-OUTDOOR AMENITIES: Gather around the fire pit for memories you won't forget. We include firewood, fire starter, lighters, and outdoor blankets for those crisp nights. Enjoy ping pong and cornhole under cover for an outdoor activity rain or shine. BBQ provided with propane included.

-SELF CHECK-IN- Use your provided smart lock code during your stay for a keyless experience.

-HEAT/AC- Mini split units allow you to separately set the temperature for each room.

-PARKING: Plenty of parking right at the front door for you to easily unload and check in.

-LOCATION: 7 minutes to Downtown Ithaca - 10 minutes to Cornell University - 4 minutes to Ithaca College - nearby waterfalls, Cayuga Lake, wineries, and many hiking trails

-EXTRAS: For the kids we include a Pack N' Play and for dogs we have a crate if you need it (dogs are welcome when listed on the reservation, sorry no cats are allowed)

-WE TAKE HOSTING SERIOUSLY: Our homes are professionally designed, cleaned, and managed to ensure you have a seamless, easy, and enjoyable visit. In the event something comes up we have 24/7 emergency maintenance to jump in and make things right.
