The staff is so nice and helpful. Everything is clean and comfortable. It’s off the beaten path so it’s not overly crowded or loud. Just a very comfortable place to stay. "

"It was a quick visit to Ithaca to bring my daughter home from college. The room was nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I got a drink at the bar, and the bartender was personable and helpful. Overall, a terrific night!"

"The Hilton Canopy is a very nice, updated design with a great lobby, bar and restaurant that gives the place a nice vibe. They offer free bikes which is fun in Ithaca, and it is near the downtown commons for easy walking and great restaurants nearby. Service was very good, and I got immediate attention when I had a problem with my TV. My only comment is that there is no obvious parking on arrival, and it is confusing. There is a garage close by, but when I arrived I could not figure out where to put my car to unload. And the parking garage does charge. Other than that, it is a great place."
