"First of all property is in walking distance from local and international Airport so no taxi needed ! Property is very cheap and host speaks a bit of German. On the negative side, no AC, no ventilation, no fridge, no food. Even worse, from lunch time to evening no electricity , no wifi, no water. Came back in the evening only to stop in the morning, so no running water, etc. I cancelled a second planned stay."

"Nice and grand lobby. The manager welcomes and helps us with the Chinese menu. Free shuttle bus to International Airport with 5 minute driving distance. Excellent service over all! Definitely will book this hotel again if we come back Madagascar. "

"The area it’s really bad, if you are going with your family I do not recommend it. The area it is full of people living in the street and beggars. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and good rooms but there is not hot water and they have to check always your fridge to find out if you have taken anything. Be careful of the taxi fares as they will try and charge you double. "

What makes this a unique and special hotel is the fabulous staff that go out of their way to accommodate you and anything you need. There is no better hotel in Tana (and I've tried most of them now!). "
