"We had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were so generous and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "The property is in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views across Italian riviera and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped . The reception staff are attentive and always there to assist. Service in the dining room is somewhat haphazard and unco-ordinated however and not up to the usual Relais & Chateaux and Michelin standard in my opinion. Breakfast in particular seems to be a particular difficulty. The breakfast buffet looks great...

"We arrived very late but this was pre arranged. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. Let us buy some water from the little shop they have. Room was clean. Shower leaked but otherwise was fine. Parking free right outside. My kids managed to spill drink all over the floor at breakfast and the lady was so kind, cleared it all with no issue. "We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "
