"We took three granddaughters who graduated from high school on an adventure to Venice and Croatia. Our villa was in a nice neighborhood with a 30 minute tram ride to Venice. We had a great time."

"We were on a short holiday with three teenagers and a dog. We were greeted by a very friendly owner, Lara. The house is beautiful, very clean, with everything you need. Wonderfully equipped, large, with a beautiful garden where you can also dine. Close to the beautiful town of Bassano del Grappa , where we enjoyed the Italian romance. I highly recommend it!"

"Beautiful home, tucked away in the countryside, with all the accommodations of home. Our host, Marziano, was very welcoming and kind. Marziano was quick to answer our questions and had lots of suggestions for restaurants and sight seeing. There is a train station about 10 minutes away. Would stay again!! "

"This house is amazing and exceeds all expectations. It is just an hour from Venice and 2.5 hours from Cortina. The local is full of vineyards and there is a friendly village a short walk away. We loved every minute of our stay"

"Living in an +300 year old farm house is fantastic. The kitchen is a story by itself. Seating 18 people around a massive wooden table, kicks you back in history. On the upstair floors there are plenty of rooms, many with private bathrooms. The landscape arround i so beautiful and makes you want to stay forever. The 2 pools are also very nice and clean. The host Sabina speaks english sn was very helful with advises to shopping and restaurants"

"We had high expectations of this property given the past reviews and we were not disappointed! This is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool which allowed all family members aged 1 to 68 to interact and have fun. Patricia was an attentive host who responded quickly to any needs. We highly recommend this property "

"The staff was terrific. It is an old monastery from the 19th century that was made into a hotel property so some things about the room you have to accept. It was very European as a hotel, with modern amenities and good internet, quite courtyard. The breakfast 7-10 am was excellent. Location was great, very near restaurants, the water buses/water taxis and on the Grand Canal. I would definitely stay there again!"
