"Not a five star, but a high four star resort. The staff was great. Mario and Athenia were wonderful. Off the beaten track, but very convenient to the new port. Took some trips to the old port and downtown, at low cost. About 110 stair steps, then 110 more downhill steps to the lovely beach. Had some good breakfasts there also. Lively tavern next door, but I didn't make it over there. Would go back to this place! "

"This was our first stay at Rocabella Hotel in Myconos. The hotel was much more beautiful than what we expected and the service was excellent. The ocean view is breath taking, you get to see a beautiful and huge view of a beautiful bay. Although Mykonos is a very Windy City all year round, the hotel has an open restaurant next to the pool that is very comfortable and lets you enjoy the views while having a nice meal. The rooms are nicely decorated in the Mediterranean style, with minibar and a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very good and the window shutters are very helpful for good night sleep. The bathroom amenities are thoughtful with very good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The gym is just in front of the ocean view so you can workout while admiring the Aegean Sea! Is a small gym but it has everything you need for a nice workout at your stay. All staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful they truly made our stay a great experience. The car service from the hotel is very affordable and lets you enjoy Mykonos in a safe and trustworthy way. Don’t hesitate to book their service to visit downtown or to transfer to the airport. "

"A nice, intimate hotel with friendly staff, but in a very remote location, and lacking in some obvious areas. I would rate a 7/10. It’s clear to see why the hotel is 5* as the decor and design is gorgeous. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the food is beautiful. The panoramic views of the sea and Mykonos coastline is stunning. However, the hotel is in an extremely remote location with no amenities, not even a small shop, for miles. As the area is so underdeveloped, it’s un-walkable, meaning a costly taxi (€70 return) or a rental car is required to navigate the narrow roads and earthy terrain to get into Chora or nearest village. If you prefer to stay on-site, be warned it’s very small and there’s only 5 sunloungers at the tiny pool, so prepare to scrap if you don’t have a private pool. My main disappointment was how expensive the food and drink is. Don’t get me wrong, the food is beautiful, but be prepared to pay 28€ for a salad or 18€ for an omelette (not inc in breakfast offering). In my opinion, the hotel extorts guests because of location, with unnecessary prices. For example, a 750ml water is 8€ and a 330ml Coke Zero is €6 (plus you have to pay the 3€ service on top of that). If you want to take it to your room from the bar, they have to do it for you due to ‘health and safety’ - that’s an extra 20€ for the pleasure too. The minibar and teabags in my room weren’t re-stocked during my stay - probably to make you pay more for room service. 4* at best. "

"Fabulous location and place and breathtaking views. Other than a gaggle of very loud guests (about 20) who spent two hours outside our room (from about 6am to 8am) taking photos of the view for Insta, I couldn’t fault it. And hotel also couldn’t help we chose that one night. Would defo come back xx"

"Odera is a secluded, magnificent design, water front luxury escape. On a natural windswept peaceful island of Tinos. The shared expansive hotel pool has separate entries from each room and the rooms feel as if you are on the water with your private terrace entry to the pool. There is nothing comparable on Santorini or Mykonos. "

"Hotel is beautiful, views are great and it is well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only item that was a bit bothersome was the pool furniture is built in so there is no flexibility for arranging it to take advantage of shade / sun and it can get unbearably hot at times. The walk into town is manageable at about 10 mins but the return is steep - could be an issue for some. "
