We stayed in room 204. What we liked: walking distance from the metro, beautiful view from the balcony, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, clean linen.
What we didn’t like: no elevator, wear and tear of the premises (mold on the walls of the shower stall; the balcony door lock is broken; some lamps do not light; fallen electrical socket). And cockroaches!!! Dozens of cockroaches crawling on the floor, walls and ceiling! Two of them fell from the ceiling onto our bed. It was terrible. Our last night in Istanbul was ruined.
By the way, if you come to this place by metro, it is better to go from Çağlayan station rather than from Kağıthane station. This avoids the steep 68 meter climb.
