Stayso just became one of our favorite hotels. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a happy one, and they succeeded. They were patient and accomodating. The property is a little bit away from the main historical sites (about 20-25 minutes by car), but other than that, everything was perfect. The rooftop restaurant & bar has spectacular views of the city, delicious food, and excellent service. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Our next trip back, we will certainly stay there again. We can't recommend it highly enough..

Friendly and helpful staff, also a plus when you were welcomed with their famous tiramisu. It has a bus stop nearby going to the old town. Overall is a great stay but the sound isolation isn’t great - also disappointed with the bath water as it appeared yellow.

The roof terrace staff were great and food exceptional, breakfast area took 30 mins for a drink, food cold and sent back. Also shampoos etc in room half full or empty. Lovely hotel they just need to step it up a bit

Stayso house has a great location facing the water and hills that show the beautiful buildings and homes in Istanbul. The location is very convenient and only a 15 minute drive to the Galata Tower and other important towns like Taxim. What stood out to me was the staff. You can stay in the most amazing place, but if the staff is not friendly, then it does not matter! That’s why I loved my stay here. at stayso House the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you have any suggestions or feedback they go out of their way to correct anything or help you with anything you need. The rooftop has a wonderful restaurant with amazing views . Selin was our front desk angel and she helped me with every single thing I needed with so much kindness. Kerem waited on us at the rooftop resturant - he not only provided amazing service as a server, but he also made our drinks and our hookah. He works so hard and is such a sweetheart. The decor is beautiful and modern and they even have a bakery on the first floor!

Lovely staff and beautifully kept rooms

The staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful, the reception staff were so informative and kind, and the valet were friendly and prompt. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. The only "negative" we can think of is that on our first night we were given a room that had a tiny toilet/shower that was only seperated from the sleeping room by a thin folding door (literally arms length from the bed). This might not bother somw people but we didnt like the lack of privacy and asked to be moved rooms, and the staff arranged this for us quickly and without a fuss. Id advise if youre traveling as a couple to check the room description thouroughly and ask for a room with seperate bathroom. The prices are reasonable for all rooms so it shouldnt dissuade you from choosing this hotel. There are nice cafes and restaurants within walking difference as well as a park/lake, and the food served at the hotel is lovely and good value for money. We would stay here again!
