Upon arrival at the property and during the first 24 hours at the property, we raised multiple concerns with the hotel staff and the hotel manager. Both staff and the manager did not care about our concerns or about any of the issues raised and showed no intention in resolving any of these issues. This left us no choice than to leave the property especially that our main concerns were related to health and safety concerns. The electric sockets were clearly unsafe as it caused damage to our personal belongings (hair dryer) even though we used convertor plugs. In addition to the electrical concerns, the property was extremely overheated. The fridge was overheated, the bathroom floor was too hot to walk on and the air con did not cool at all. There was stains on the beds the wall paper / paint were coming off the curtin rails broken honestly i have never been so dissapointed with a property on holiday especially after false advertisement sold on expedia and ratings provided. Expedia should be vetting properties before selling them on their site. I would love to upload all the pictures i took but thrte doesn't seem to be an option

Очень хорошо. Советую.

Я провела в отеле два дня и осталась очень довольна. Комната небольшая, но уютная выходила в сторону дворов, поэтому даже с открытым балконом не было шумно. Небольшой кухонный уголок позволил приготовить чай, кофе (электрочайник), раковина, что бы помыть фрукты или овощи. Здесь же я нашла пакетики с кофе и чаем, сахар, воду в упаковке, чашки, тарелочки. Утром был предложен завтрак в соседнем отеле, очень хороший, разнообразный, включенный в стоимиость проживания. Очень приятный и отзывчивый персонал.

Хороший, чистый отель. Сантехника в отличном состоянии. Постельное белоснежное. Любителям мягкого матраса точно сюда, матрас как облако. Завтрак турецкий стандарт. Очень близко к Таксиму. Персонал дружелюбный. Уборка каждый день.

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr zentral und verfügt um alle Einrichtungsgegenstände die nötig sind. Nachteil sind die nicht so gut isolierten Fenster, was sich am Lärmpegel bemerkbar macht.

İstiklal gürültüsünden uzak meyanda çok yakın. Tüm ulaşım araçlarının hemen yanı. Yürüyerek dahi bircok turistik yere ulaşabilirsiniz. Odalarda günlük temizlik yapılıyor ve en önemlisi ailece kalabileceginiz güvenli bir otel . Cok memnun kaldık. Teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel staff for both the day and night is excellent. They are friendly and willing to assist us on our various inquiries and they answered perfectly well and very friendly. Our room itself which was the superior room in 7th floor have a balcony. The view was amazing and it gets pretty cold at night. The room is quite clean and i was quite happy that they actually had a laundry service which cost 8 Lira per item. We have a few of our clothes washed and they actually iron as well before they return the clean clothes to us. The breakfast spread is slight small but its ok as the hotel is not packed . We love the quiet atmosphere during breakfast :).

Middle of everything

Great place and location, good price, fresh and clean. Staff are very kind and service minded. Model of taxim square and you have easy access to shuttle buses. Just 5 min walk to metro and shuttle buses. Will definitely stay here aggain and recomend to everyone .

Das Hotel liegt wirklich sehr zentral und ist vom Flughafen schnell erreichbar. Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat gute Tipps auf Lager. Nicht zufrieden waren wir mit dem Zimmer, vor allem mit der Reinigung. Der Bettbezug wies bereits bei der Anreise Flecken auf, die Handtücher hatten einen rauchigen Duft, sobald diese nass wurden. Die Zimmer sind schlecht isoliert, sodass man bis 00.30 Uhr die Musik der Bar im selben Haus hört sogar bei geschlossenen Fenstern und das Telefon an der Reception hört man laut klingeln. Nach etwa 4 Übernachtungen hatten wir kein Toilletenpapier mehr, da dies nicht aufgefüllt wurde, die Handtücher und der Bettbezug wurden nicht gewechselt, obwohl dies nötig und gewünscht gewesen wäre. Nach einer Reklamation an der Reception wurde dies dann nachgeholt, beziehungsweise das selbe Laken des Bettes einfach andersherum neu bezogen. Die Wesentlichen Dienstleistungen wurden also nicht erfüllt, stattdessen wurden persönliche Dinge weggeräumt, was wir nicht schätzen (Make-up wurde im Kulturbeutel versorgt, Taschen wurden in den Koffer verstaut, etc...). Daher würde ich das Hotel trotz seiner guten Lage nicht empfehlen.

Nice little hotel near Taxsim square. Nice clean room. With a small kitchenette. Plenty of wardrobes to hang your clothes and put your stuff away. We had a smoking room hence the small balcony it had. The buffet breakfast looks just beautiful when you go downstairs. We didn’t find a lot to our taste though. Nothing fried (eggs) or toast with butter. There were boiled eggs. Lots of fresh fruit and salad. A variety of cheese. At night it was a bit noisy with the traffic and rowdy tourists, but if your staying in the middle of the city for easy commute this can be expected. Its only 5 mins walk to underground train station and that takes you to Kabatas, where trom yiu can catch the trams to anywhere in Istanbul. Because its a small hotel there were not many people at the breakfast buffet.overall nuce hotel, conveniently and would stay again.
