Wonderful time! It was a prime location and the accommodations provided what we needed for a short stay. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! we had breakfast and also utilized the airport shuttle.

My 5th time in Istanbul a.s 2nd time at Primero. Never disappoints. They decorated my room for my husband's birthday and their breakfast had plenty options. Mert was so helpful and friendly. I will be back in a month and booking with them again.

The hotel location was perfect for a first time visit. It was centrally located and within walking distance of main attractions. The room was a good size and quite nice however it was in need of some updates. Unfortunately the overhead shower in the room we had did not work. Mert at the hotel reception was extremely helpful and friendly.

I found the staff very welcoming, helpful and polite which makes a huge difference to the quality of one's stay. The rooms are quite small but adequate and the bed is comfortable, another big plus. There was no bottled water in the room. The hotel was difficult to find which was quite frustrating so more effort needs to be made to explain how to get to the hotel. The breakfast was good but could be improved - too many cookies and no menemen... which is too bad, nothing makes a Turkish breakfast a pleasure that fresh and tasty menemen. Stuart H.

The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive at Primero Hotel. We were made to feel like welcomed family!! The location is perfect to explore Istanbul and within walking distance to the major sites. The distance to historic sites was excellent, and the service at the front desk and from the cleaning ladies was impressive. The hotel was always clean and felt safe at all times. I would definitely return!
