The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive at Primero Hotel. We were made to feel like welcomed family!! The location is perfect to explore Istanbul and within walking distance to the major sites. The absolute most friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are spotless and always smell and look sanitized. I would definitely stay here again, my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

Fabulous Istanbul

Hotel is very well located near main attractions. Plenty of local restaurants in the area and tramway is just up the street. Rooms are on the small size for North American standards but we still managed on our 5 day stay. Suggestion for the hotel. Add additional hooks in bathroom as well as a few shelves for storage to make the best usage of space.

Primero hotel is extremely convenient to several attractions nearby, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, and Grand Bizarre. My mother is older and although the walk to grand bizarre was all uphill she navigated it easily. There are numerous food options nearby. The thing that stood out the most besides how clean the hotel was was the staff. They were friendly and professional and attended to our every request.

Location: The hotel is in great location. Its walking distance from many historical places. Lots of restaurants and other eating places nearby to choose from. Staff: Helpful and accommodating staff I must say. Rooms: We had a superior room but we felt it was small, with a double bed there was hardly any room to move. It was also a bit noisy at night. We could hear people taking in neighboring rooms and traffic noise outside which was a little annoying while trying to sleep.

I was welcomed wonderfully by Azer who gave me a brief introduction to Istanbul. The location of the hotel was very cool, blended in the deep streets of Istanbul and in proximity of some of the most beautiful attractions as well transit services to make commuting around the city easy. The room was perfect for a solo traveller like myself. It was cozy, clean, and reliable. The included breakfast was probably my favourite part. It was a clean room, well set up, and perfect variety of food and drink options to kickstart your adventures. Finally, the hotel was kind enough to store my luggage while I completed my last day in the city despite checking out early. Overall, the location, staff, and amenities made my stay very enjoyable and provided me with great rest and recovery to be able to explore Istanbul. Highly recommend this hotel fo solo travellers, couples, and even families. Thank you to all the staff for your wonderful service, I will be back Insha’Allah!
