First of all, the location of the hotel is nice, as you can walk to most of the touristic places. However, our experience with the room itself was mixed. We checked in and left shortly after to go out. When we returned around 11 pm, there was a bad smell in our ground-floor room, along with some other issues. The other issues were resolved, but the smell was not, and the hotel did not have another room available to move us to. We appreciate the staff for responding quickly and trying to help. However, the facilities are only good option for people who spend the whole day walking and mainly need the hotel as a place to sleep. The room was not soundproof and was located near the reception and the entrance, so we could hear everyone coming in and out of the hotel. The air conditioner was very old and noisy, so we turned it off in the middle of the night because we couldn’t sleep. It was cold, but at least we managed to fall asleep. The room was small but clean. If your main goal is to have a place to stay for nights, this hotel is a reasonable option.

I (38) went to Pembe Hotel with my parents and we had a wonderful time for almost 2 weeks. Everything for basic needs is there and the location is perfect with a little park near by and the attractions of the old city in short walking distance. The lovely owner and his son provided a welcoming atmosphere and where open to our needs. He also told us that the house was prepared for earthquakes which might me of interest to those concerned. You really can't ask for more considering the price, I wouldn't pay more for it but the current price is absolutely fair. if you want more, pay more instead of complaining about this absolutely fine little hotel. Probably coming back.

No routine cleaning 🧹 , u must pay for laundry rip u off and the worst thing to stay in the hotel check out timing 12 pm afternoon..if u have late flight ..u must check out ...just wonder around till u r time up for flight..last but not the least,the hotel manager snatch my phone from my hand and give his hotel all 5 star ⭐ rating without my consent.it was disgusted act by him

Excellent experience. Cute, family oriented hotel in the great location - literally 10-15 min (although up the hill but that's how Istanbul is) from the major landmarks of the Old City - Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi, Suleymaniye, Grand Bazar, museums, and the seabank. Tons of restaurants around, supermarket, money exchange, SIM card service. And yet, there is no crowds in the area and you don't feel the rush of a big city. Just perfect! The owner/manager helps with airport transfer, tours, and any kind of advice. Response rate via WhatsApp is almost instant - I missed the meeting spot in the airport and they made sure I was found by the transfer company. Rooms are not very big but very very clean and maintained every day. Just be aware - there is no elevator and one needs to be careful on the stairs. But they help you to carry the luggage to/from the room so not a big deal. We enjoyed it very much. Thank you Ugur!

Havlular çok eski ve kötü kokuyorlardi. Banyodaki giderde bir sürü saç teli vardı. Odam resepsiyonun hemen yanıydı ve inanılmaz rahatsız ediciydi herşeyi duymak. Gece de gündüz de rahat yoktu, her gelen giden merdivenlerden çıkan inenlerin yaptiği gürültü odamdaydı, 2 gün uyuyamadim bu yüzden. Hatta biri sabah saat 6’da kapımı zorladı açmak için (çıkış kapısıyla karıştırdı herhalde), çok korktum. Eğer valizle gelecekseniz taksi tutun, yürüyerek valizle gelmek aşırı sıkıntılı (yokuş, iniş, çok dar yollar) ama valiziniz yoksa Sultanahmet’ten 10 dk yürüme mesafesi. İşletmecileri güleryüzlü, iyi insanlar.

La stanza è molto spaziosa e luminosa. Il servizio pulizia e cambio asciugamani è stato fatto tutti i giorni. Nel complesso la struttura è molto accogliente, inoltre si trova in una zona silenziosa con un piccolo parco comunale, supermercato e buoni ristarti e cafè. Il fatto che sia a pochi passi da Hagia Sofia, rende il Pembe Hotel la scelta giusta per soggiornare a Istanbul per qualche giorno. Il personale è sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio.

El hotel esta muy cerca de la estación de trenes lo que lo hace una excelente opción para quienes no quieren pagar los altos costes de los taxis en Copenhague. También esta a pasos del parque Tivoli que es una belleza y por metro puedes ir a la parte central de la ciudad para recorrer todas las zonas turisticas
