The hotel has spacious rooms and decent architecture, but the management is a disaster. From the moment you walk in, you’re struck by the worn-out furniture in the lobby and the broken chairs at the reception. The bathroom was dirty, with mold on the tiles. The sheets and pillows were so old, faded, and worn that I couldn’t even sleep under them — I laid my jacket on top of the bed and slept on it. The breakfast was terrible, and the staff spent their time chatting and laughing at a table, completely ignoring the guests. No one spoke English. The elevator was out of service, and I had to carry my luggage up six floors.
This hotel might have potential, but in its current state, it doesn’t even deserve one star. It urgently needs serious, competent management.
