I booked this hotel for my parents during their stay in Istanbul and they had nothing but wonderful things to say about their experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were exactly as pictured and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. What made their stay even more special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Jihan, Tahir, and his mother for being so wonderful and helpful and for going above and beyond to make my parents feel right at home. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made the hotel feel like a home away from home. You can really tell this is a family-oriented hotel where guests are treated like family rather than just visitors. As someone who booked this stay for my parents, it meant so much knowing they were comfortable, happy, and in such good hands. If we ever find ourselves in Istanbul again, there’s no doubt we’ll be staying here! Thank you all for making my parents’ visit so memorable. We truly appreciate everything and highly recommend this hotel!

No breakfast. If you pay for breakfast, they only have one dish or item. Def need improvements. I would not recommend to stay her for a long period of time. This hotel is for people with the layover program or are here for a weekend. One staff lady was very nice always had my coffee ready. But iron was so dirty it messed up my clothes. Luckily I was always touring the city so this just shows you that when I was in my room how bad it was.

Rooms are clean, you need to explicitly ask for housekeeping otherwise they don’t do it. Front desk was super helpful and very charming person. Air conditioning working perfectly and truly needed in hot days of July. I like the area as everything is near by, shopping, metro station etc. Will consider booking again next time.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its central location made it very convenient to explore the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was simple, but very tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again

Love the staff there. always tried to stay there when I am in Istanbul. this time I stayed 9 nights. I stayed in the smaller room as the other rooms were bot available. keep in mind that the building is not new and the hotel is small so there are imperfections. But I slept well, the staff were super friendly and the location os excellent - close to everything I need. IF noise bothers you, avoid the room next to the elevator. i was fine with it but it might bother some. Good value.
