Stayed one night so we let it go, but the sheets and towels had stains, the bathroom wasn’t clean, found hair everywhere. Staff was good and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel for about 6-7 days in total. Staffs are so polite and helpful. They helped us lots of times with different issues. (10 of 10 is our rate) This hotel is kind of “Airport Hotel” so don’t surprise to hear airplanes even at nights. Also, breakfast is basic and repetitive everyday, but acceptable. No buffet! (7 of 10 is our rate) Hotel is clean and well maintained. ( 8 of 10 is our rate) Hotel is located in a quiet local neighborhood (far from crowded Istanbul-ish active areas) with walking distance from grocery stores, fresh local fruits, bakery and some local restaurants. There is a big and beautiful mosque nearby and if you’re interested, you can have a free tour in there. (8 of 10).

My stay at this hotel was truly outstanding and exceeded all my expectations. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and every area was maintained to a very high standard. The bathroom was spotless and in excellent condition, reflecting the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a warm smile. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious and high-quality options to start the day. The atmosphere of the hotel was very peaceful and relaxing, and the air quality inside the room was pleasant and comfortable, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another major advantage is the hotel's close proximity to Istanbul Airport, which makes traveling very convenient. Despite the excellent facilities and outstanding service, the price was incredibly reasonable and offered great value for money. I would like to thank the management and staff for providing such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would gladly stay here again.
