部屋は半地下二階でしたが、湿気もなく、清潔でした。 スタッフは気さくで親切でした。 朝食は彩りキレイで種類も多く味もまずまず。ビュッフェの飾り付けをシェフが毎日写真に撮っているので相当なこだわりがあるのでしょう。 この宿泊料金で、本当にこの長所が込みなのか心配になりましたが大丈夫でした。ダイニングは5階で、夜は開放されているので夜景がきれいです。 新市街のガラタ塔至近なので周辺の雰囲気、利便性も最高です。1本だけ奥にはいるので前は寂しいですが、安全性は問題ありません。

La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente para recorrer la ciudad, a pocos metros de la Torre Gálata, el personal fue amable en dar sugerencias y orientacione sobre los sitios a visitar; el desayuno es muy variado y ofrecido en una terraza con hermosas vistas del cuerno de oro y la ciudad.

A perfect location in my fav city, just a few metres off the galata drag so it's still quiet snd calm, while being in the middle of the action. The breakfast is abundant, healthy, with a fantastic view. The staff here really go above and beyond to accommodate and be helpful. Some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. I recommend the airport transfer, about 10 euro more than a regular taxi, but worth at least upon arrival for a smoother experience.

You may not stay at the address you booked. We were travelling with another couple, booked at the same time, then placed at separate addresses. The breakfast site was beautiful on the roof. The location was close to Galata Tower.

Check-in was terrible. When we arrived, they said there was “a problem with our room” and we were instructed to go to another property, and then another property. We booked with our friends and they did nothing to try to accommodate us. The room was OK. The breakfast location was great, but it was not on the property we were staying at.

Unterkunft in einer Nebenstraße zum Galata-Turm. Während die Hauptstraße abends brechend voll wird, bleibt diese zum Glück recht leer. Vor dem Hotel sind jedoch oft Lieferwägen und Einheimische bis spät in die Nacht. Ein paar Meter weiter befinden sich zahlreiche Mülltonnen, die wohl zu den vielen Restaurants gehören. Da kommt zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr morgens die Müllabfuhr und sammelt den Müll ein. Da wir das Zimmer zur Straße hatten und ein Fenster nicht ganz dicht war, haben wir alles Recht laut gehört. Auch die Türen und Wände sind recht hellhörig. Das Zimmer war super. 2 Flaschen Wasser, Tee und Instant Kaffe waren vorhanden. Highlight dieses Hotels ist meiner Meinung nach das Frühstück im obersten Stock. Mit hervorragendem Ausblick und einer guten Auswahl an Speisen. Das Personal war immer super nett. Insgesamt definitiv zu empfehlen.

The hotel is perfectly located close to Galata Tower. The staff are friendly, and the view at breakfast was amazing. Our bedroom was large with a balcony. The hotel is in need of maintenence but is exceptional value for money. We would stay again.

Bizi uygulamadan tuttuğumuz oda yerine yine aynı firmanın farklı bir otelinde ki odaya (Bağdatliyan'a) yönlendirdiler. Bizim tuttuğumuz odadan daha eski ve bakımsız odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Farklı binadaki odayı bizim için ayarladiklarini söyleyerek elimizde valizle 3 bina dolaşmaktık. Binalar hep yokuşta olduğu için baya rezillikti. Oda çok karanlık ve boğucuydu. Kahvaltısı idare ederdi.

La calle demasiado sucia y huele mal, el día que nos íbamos le pedimos al de la recepcion nos pidiera un taxi para el aeropuerto de istambul, no sé qué le diría al taxista pero nos llevó a otro aeropuerto que según le dijo q era ese tuvimos q regresarnos y llegar casi justo al chequeo al final Nos cobraron aproximadamente 100 euros la gracia de la carrera lo único bueno del hotel es la ubicación. De resto nada que ver con las fotos está muy deteriorado

Review is more about Meroddi in general. On arrival at La Porta, after midnight, we were told we weren't staying there but had been moved to another Meroddi property close by. The upgrade to a 2 bedroom was appreciated. Streets are cobblestone and taxis aren't always able to take you to the door. Our property had no lift, so be prepared to lug luggage up narrow often spiral stair cases. Breakfast was great (although in another location). Location is walking distance to Galata Tower, trams, food and shopping.

Muy mala , al llegar no tenían habitación para mi me mandaron a un nuevo hotel de su cadena. Al momento se hacer el check-in en este segundo hotel . Me mandaron a un tercer edificio con habitaciones más. En cuanto el desayuno tenía que tomarlo en el hotel donde hice el checking. Estaba muy cansado y me toco aceptar todo ese inconveniente.

Das Hotel ist zwar sehr zentral aber befindet sich in einer dunklen Seitenstraße wo auch kein Taxi durchkommt. Das Personal war sehr nett uns zuvorkommend. Frühstückauswahl war sehr gut. Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber waren völlig in Ordnung und sauber.

It was run very nicely and clean and helpful staff! It was not like the picture of hotel outside on Expedia very narrow and dirty street!
