DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS A SCAM.

Absolutely horrible. Paid before hand for this hotel just to be told there was no space when I showed up. Manager left me on the street with my belongings and nowhere to go. Then hotels.com had to argue back and forth with the property to refund the money, which still has not happened.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Unfortunately we got scammed. We booked a room prepaid it and arrived 15 minutes later in the hotel. No room available! They put us in a other "partner hotel" room like a storage, everything broken and dirty. Just disgusting. We couldn't stay there and left the hotel. We had to pay another hotel and now they don't want to refund and are lying, that we got a room. 539 Euro for 7 days. Just a big scam. We never even saw the hotel we booked. No it's a job for the lawyer.
