The room was great for the price. The location is great and I loved that the hotel has a back door directly into the Irish Pub downstairs. The front desk staff, especially the night guy was super friendly and wonderful. I would recommend this place!

Only one or two days not much...

Business trip. I chose this hotel solely because it was very close to walk to my meeting points. It’s manageable for a day or two, but not suitable for a longer stay. The room has no window, YES and this information is not provided during the booking process. Even if you want to change rooms, it’s not possible because the hotel is fully booked. The humidity could be a problem for those with respiratory issues. Breakfast is passable, but don’t expect much. The bathroom was clean. The hairdryer wasn’t working. I reported it, but they couldn’t help since all the rooms were full.

Staff are unimaginably rude and unprofessional. 1- They don’t understand English and don’t even try to listen to their guests( while it says in their property details that they use translator app and they can help to non Turkish speakers). 2-Their staff were very impatient, rude and disrespectful with their guests They kept yelling at us because of the mistake that they did( mistake was because of language barrier) we had to pay hug extra charge because of that. ssful experience staying in this hotel
