We have previously stayed at a very nice hotel in Sultanahmet but Istanbul guesthouse beats it by miles! The room was extremely spacious (very rare for Istanbul) and everything was brand new. There is an elevator so no need to worry about carrying your suitcase up the stairs. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, helped us book a taxi to the airport at a very reasonable price. Lots of cute little shops and cafes in the area, and easy to get to train/tram/bus stops to get to wherever you need to go

It’s our fifth visit to Istanbul, and my fiancée and I both feel that this is the best accommodation we’ve stayed in! The location is really excellent, in a vibrant local neighbourhood with plenty of nice cafes and eateries, but still within walking distance of all transport options (ferry, metro, bus). Our room (the corner room) was spotlessly clean, with an incredibly comfortable mattress (and not too soft, which is often a problem for me), flooded with natural light, and well-equipped with everything you may need (including small touches like Rituals products and a Nespresso machine). Finally, the staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had an issue upon check-in, but they resolved it well: they listened to us, and were patient and understanding, in spite of the language barrier and our tiredness after a very late and delayed flight. We’ll definitely stay there again!

My favorite hotel/accommodation I stayed at. Just 10 mins away from Taksim Square but it makes me feel like a local living in a neighborhood. It made me want to live in this guesthouse! Even has a washing machine in the bathroom for travellers who need to use it like me! Çok Teşekkür ederim! Great staff! Hopefully I can come back here.

Burada ikinci kez kalıyorum. Resepsiyonistlerin güler yüzü, konumu, odalarda çamaşır makinesi deterjanına kadar pek çok şeyin incelikle düşünülmesi ve her şeyin tertemiz olması... 👍
