Stylish hotel with helpful staff

We really enjoyed our four-night stay at this small, stylish hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just steps from Istiklal Street and the metro, so it's very easy to get around the city. A great bonus was the hotel’s wine cellar, offering a nice selection of Turkish wines to taste. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

The staff, they are very nice very understanding. They tried to help, but I was not satisfied with the result bathroom fan. It doesn’t work he claim he cleaned. It doesn’t suck out any odor the smell of the sewer revolving back to the bathroom we couldn’t sleep even I felt sick from the smell sink was clogged. I did open. It was a lot of hair and other things the toilet shares broken. The cover was broken. They replaced it. The whole thing is standing on a piece of food. Picture provided uncomfortable with the heater at all so the hot water heat was the minimum. I ask the manager to replace my room instead essay I could fix everything in your room. The repair was minimum. I’m unsatisfied. He just changed the toilet seat from all the complaint. I mentioned they did improve on cleaning after I mentioned to him when I walk in the room, my feet get too dairy. They did the cleaning every day. This is the only thing I was happy and one of the staff, his name, Jimmy he’s very cooperative with me and he helped me that’s all my story.

Die Unterkunft punktet mit ihrer top Lage, direkt bei vielen Lokalen, der Metro und der Istiklal-Caddesi. Leider ist es im Zimmer extrem laut, da praktisch keine Schallisolation vorhanden ist. Man hört alles von draußen und vom Flur. Schade, denn sonst wäre die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlenswert.

Si vous cherchez un séjour silencieux ce n m’est pas le bon choix l. L’hôte est au cœur d’un quartier tres dinamique, avec beaucoup d’options de bar et restaurant. Il est bien rénové et le personnel très gentil. Ils auraient dû faire un effort supplémentaire sur l’insonorisation. Jusqu’à 2 heures du matin il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue (pourtant latérale et tranquille)

Ich war ein paar Tage allein in Istanbul und das Impera Hotel war ein Volltreffer. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt das erste Mal zu erkunden, man ist Mitten im Geschehen, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet gewesen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück gab es vor Ort nicht, dafür gibt es aber viele Kaffees und Restaurants um die Ecke. Ich werde auf jeden Fall gern wiederkommen!

Otel güzel, personel olmamış

Otelin konumu iyi. Odalar temiz. Odada bir adet pencere var ama yan bina duvarıyla o kadar yakın ki, odanın içi hep karanlık. Girişteki restoranı gayet iyi. Pizzaları ve şarapları güzel. Tek sorun personelin soğuk ve ilgisiz olması. Resepsiyon müdürü ve gece resepsiyonisti özellikle çok soğuk insanlar. Restoranda servis yapan personelin menüden ve içeriğinden haberi yok.
