Personeel zeer behulpzaam. Accommodatie is verouderd, verlichting in de kamer niet goed, vele lampen doen het niet. Badkamer verouderd, niet helemaal schoon te krijgen. Geen lift. Gordijnen sluiten de ramen niet goed waardoor ‘s morgens snel licht in de kamer. TV geen Europese kanalen behalve 1 Italiaanse en 1 Duitse. Ontbijt mag met meer en verschillende brood en minder zoetigheid.

Good stay/poor tour guide

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and central location. Other than a poor recommendation by hotel staff for a local guide our stay was uneventful. After our poor experience with the tour guide, I asked the hotel not to recommend Gulliver Tours - Ms. Emil Sucu tour guide. It was a total waste of time and we got nothing for our money.

Overall, the review score is a fair reflection of the hotel. Every hotel in Sultan Ahmet or Fatih in general gets good score for location, but this one really has a great location, just 2 minutes walk from the Sultan Ahmet mosque and yet reasonably quite. There are many good restaurants and grocery stores around. Hotel condition is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful. I would recommend. By the way, I canceled a reservation at a Laleli Hotel to get a room at a next door hotel here, because Laleli-Aksaray neighborhoods have deteriorated significantly since we visited last time 6 years ago. We did not feel safe walking around outside of in Aksaray hotel. Extremely crowded, mostly with people fall on hard luck trying to escape to Europe. Sultan Ahmet is also crowded, more than usual, but feel safer since the crowd are mostly tourists or the locals working in the area. Keep this in mind when you make reservations.

Struttura semplice ma romantica. Camere rilassanti con arredamento in legno chiaro, bagno con doccia grande. (però non c è il bidet). La camera, il bagno e la sala della colazione sempre puliti. Il ragazzo alla reception è bravissimo, cordiale, attento e presente. Anche le signore in cucina e alle pulizie sono sempre gentili. La posizione Dell hotel è strategica, vicino alla fermata del tram e alla principali attrazioni si sultanahmet. Noi per il trasferimento dall' aeroporto all'hotel abbiamo preso la navetta (abbiamo scritto una mail e ce l'ha prenotata direttamente il direttore dell' albergo)sia per l'andata che per il ritorno. In modo da essere sicuri di arrivare in tempo evitando i vari mezzi pubblici. Dovessi ritornare a Istanbul, tornerei sicuramente al Novano. Grazie mille della cortesia e dell'ospitalità. I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years, Again and Again, i definitely recommend it. Despite that it is not luxurious, but when you stay there you feel like home. The staff are so kind and helpful, Rooms are very clean, and prices are so fair. What distinguishes this hotel, his location which is almost 1 minute away from Sultanahmet square, where you can find all the sightseeings (Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, TopCapi Palace,...). Also the tramway station is 2 minutes away. Nearby restaurants and shops for all your needs. I will be coming back anytime i visit Istanbul.

The location of the hotel is perfect,all the tourist attractions are just 10 minutes walking,blue mosque and Ayasophiya are just around the corner plenty of restaurants around and is in the heart of Sultanahmet area.sultanahmet tram station is just 12 minutes walk you can go to Eminoun where you can take ferries to Bosphorous or Asian side of Istanbul.

L'albergo si trova nel cuore di Istanbul, a pochi passi dalla moschea blu. È una struttura perfetta per chi vuole esplorare la città a piedi. Lo staff è molto cordiale. La colazione era molto buona.
