I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Şişli in Istanbul. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. A special thank you to the manager, Mr. Sammy Cervik, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He made thoughtful adjustments and addressed all my concerns immediately with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Had a great experience at Holiday Inn Şişli Istanbul! The check-in was quick and smooth, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room with a lovely view. The service truly stood out—manager Samet went above and beyond with his hospitality, offering complimentary breakfast and ensuring everything was perfect. The front desk team was professional and welcoming, and Omar was especially helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a positive attitude. Every thing is good! As usual, the reception was wonderful. The lady at the reception is always smiling and supportive.
