It is very cleans and comfort place, the most important another point which made to overstay in Palmiye was its public transport access, there is a planty of Malls, restaurants, Coffee shops. The stuff were so Friendly.

Me and my friend stayed 11 days. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Ikram is a kind and caring gentleman. They made sure our stay is comfortable and were happy at all times. Breakfast was good served with refreshing turkish tea. Thank you Green Palmiye Hotel!

Positive marks: Location is perfect. Our Room was very large. Customer relation is good. Breakfast is satisfactory. P/P is perfect. Negative marks Just near the main road so a bit noisy. Unfortunately, Shower pipes are broken, water was being leaked too much.

The hotel has definitely seen better days! It's a shame that the upkeep hasn't been given much importance as the rooms and the bathrooms are a good size plus the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Metrobus and bus stop. If you're only going to be in Istanbul for a couple of days I wouldn't stay here as it takes a good 90 minutes to get to the centre, it wasn't my case so it didn't bother me, just saying.

Even though the elevator was not working for the first two days and we experienced an electrical failure one night, the kindness and understanding of the very nice front desk personnel and hotel manager made me feel very comfortable there. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul for a vacation. The price, the hotel condition, and the services are excellent. It is close to restaurants and shops (Avcilar Center), and has the best and most helpful front desk personnel. Enjoy your travel! 🙌

Pretty disappointed with my stay unfortunately. Staff were nice, but there were quite a few things wrong. Upon entering my non-smoking room, I was greeted by an ashtray. The light fixture was broken and upon inspection I could see dirt/ash in the light. The shower attachment was broken, the air-conditioner had not been cleaned in a while and was covered in mold. The fridge was caked in a block of frost, and it was often noisy inside and out. In my week there, my room was cleaned only once. I asked about this after 3 days and was told house cleaning must be requested which I thought was a little odd. Lots of marks on the walls of the room and wall paper was peeling at bits in the room.

The property is next to the main road which makes a somewhat noisy but it’s also very convenient for using public transportation or for dining options. It’s within walking distance to the Avcilar center for shopping and entertainment. It’s not too far from the lake and the Sea of Marmara. The staff is truly amazing and they do their best to help anyway they can. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom and I raised my concerns with the staff. Frankly for the price, I can’t say I could expect too much. Breakfast was adequate and simple.

As well I will like to thank them for the wonderful hospitality with which they have welcomed me and made me feel even more comfortable, relaxed with regards to my staying to their hotel, knowing I can rely on them at any time. They truly have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm having the most pleasant, comfortable staying in.
