The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very welcoming atmosphere. Hotel is within walking distance to Taksim square. Overall great area with lots to do.

Nice hotel. The staff is amazingly helpful and professional. I was disappointed with the pool though and not very satisfied with the breakfast buffet. Another problem is that I could hear everything happening in the room next to mine. Soner at the front office was particularly helpful!
