I think the staff are amazing and they made my stay very comfortable. I even booked an extra day due to delays with my flight. The area is good lots of shops near. I just want to say thank you to the staff and housekeepers.

Staff were lovely and hotel looked okay. But not the cleanest! Towels and bedding were stained, the pillows had massive yellow stains on them too and the shower was leaking. Other than that, hotel was in a quiet area and we felt safe, and they had outdoor sitting.

Bad experience

Made the reservation and booked the stay and amount was deducted while at check inn they stated no room available in the hotel and they send us to another two hotels who provided rooms below standard, one with only 3 beds and other in basement whereas my booking was for suit with 4 beds, I spent 1 hour to resolve and moving between hotels to hotels and at the end canceled the reservation and went to find another hotel physically.

Hemos quedado muy contentos, por el precio no se puede pedir más, los chicos de recepción muy amables, los gatos de la terracita son adorables, cuando vuelva a Estambul seguro me quedaré en el mismo hotel, no está lejos del centro y hay buen transporte público.

Çok uygun bir fiyata konaklamama rağmen oda çok büyük ve ferahtı. Tek kişilik tuttum ancak bir çift kişilik yatak ve 1tek kişilik yatak vardı. Yataklar temiz, sıcak su hızlıydı. Kliması sorunsuz çalışıyordu, buzdolabı kasa elbise askısı kettle düşünülmüştü. Resepsiyondakiler çok kibardı.

Insatisfaction

Deux araignées retrouvées dans la chambre au rez de chaussée dès mon arrivée. Un seul drap qui couvre le lit est taché. La couverture qui est posé sur le meuble portant les cintres a beaucouo de taches jaunâtres et à l'utilisation je me gratte. Alors le lendemain je demande à ce qu'on me change de chambre car la salle de bain n'est pas au goût du jour l'eau qui coule après la douche. Après changement de chambre au troisième étage, problème encore, après la grosse commission ,tirer la chasse d'eau n'évacue pas les selles, l'eau coule par terre aussi après la douche. J'ai demandé encore un changement de chambre car je ne suis vraiment pas contente. Nouvelles chambre au cinquième étage, un drap sur le lit et seulement un autre drap pour se couvrir. Il y a la climatisation, l'eau ne coule pas après la douche mais le ménage n'a jamais été faite pendant tout mon séjour alors que je demande à la femme de ménage si elle va nettoyer la chambre : elle me répond que non. J'allais lui demander des serviettes pour les changer si non elles ne seront pas changées. Le personnel de l'accueil était bien simpa mais posait des questions personnelles. Il y avait beaucoup de bruits jusqu'à tard et même des bruits vraiment intimes sans discrétion. Je ne suis pas satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hotel. Toutes mes nuits étaient perturbées.

TAMAMEN HAYAL KIRIKLIĞI

Tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için. Klima arızalı bir kaç saate servis gelip halledecek diye söylendi lakin sabaha kadar yapılmadı ve soğuk bir oda da geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldık ertesi gün ciddi bir şekilde hastalandık. Malesef kötü bir tecrübe

Malesef hiç otel seçmem yatacak yerdir sabah gidersin derim ama burada yatmak bile çok zor. Tek kişilik odalar ışıklığa bakıyor ve sürekli kamyon motoru gibi çalışan bir havalandırma motorunun sesini duyuyorsunuz. Odalar aşırı ufak temizlik vasat bakım 0. Kaldığım odanın rezervuar kapağı yoktu elinizi içine sokup sifonu cekiyorsunuz. Daha ne diyebilirim ki. Hayatımda ilk defa bir otelde bu kadsr rahatsız hissettim. Keşke arabada yatsaydım daha iyiydi.
