Ужасная гостиница

Номера в гостинице BERN в плохом сосоянии. Ни один администратор не говорит по-английски, только на турецком. В номере не работал холодильник, на просьбу заменить - ничего не было сделано. Постельное белье и полотенце грязное и порванное. Плохой выбор на завтрак. Все плохо. Единственный плюс - месторасположение. НЕ советую там останавливаться.

Never again at Bern Otel

It was for two days. I would not have stayed any longer. Check out time at the hotel was 12 noon. As I had a late nite flight to catch, I wanted to keep my baggage at reception for about 6 hours. The clerk at reception told me he could not guarantee safekeeping unless I paid him a fee. When I turned him down on this and decided to stay with my bags at reception, he told me to leave the hotel sitting area immediately, obviously because he was unable to get an additional fee from me.

非常差勁

飯店人員態度很差，房間內的櫃子門壞掉，浴室有乾濕分離，但門也壞掉，還沒有給棉被，飯店鄰近那條道路一直到晚上兩點還有喧嘩聲，而問一些基本問題就顯得很不耐煩，非常不推薦。

Great value, old but clean, located by metro

Very friendly staff, speaks English and will do their best to welcome you. Breakfast is great and wonderfully staffed. Rooms are old overall, but clean. The hotel is right by the tram stop and the metro stop from the airport, which is super convenient. It is a good value for the price, however, if you are used to US hotels this will be inferior in room, amenities and bathroom(e.g. No shampoo provided, no bath tub...)

Good for 1 night stay.

Location is very easy, close to Aksaray Metro station. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the mosque is very close and you can get crazy from the noise from it early in the morning. Another negative is the weak and slow Wi-Fi in the room. 99% of the room had almost no coverage and connection was very bad, tried with 2 devices. In the lobby Wi-Fi was OK, though. Those guys have to change the position of the routers. Note this if you are a business traveller. The single room was clean, although a little small. For 1 night stay is fine. The bathroom needs a little renovation. Pricewise, the hotel is good, it is suitable for business travellers.

There is only one advantage of this hotel which is location to city transport. The hotel is located close to Aksaray metro station which is straight line from airport Ataturk and 2 minutes to T1 tramway station. The disadvantages are the following: 1) the hotel is located close to Mosque and every day at 6 o'clock you will wake up with the prayer 2) the young man on reception is not polite and unfriendly 3) the furniture of the hotel is old and shabby 4) the bathroom smells bad 5) the pressure in the shower is very weak and it's difficult to wash long hair Есть только одно преимущество у этого отеля - это местоположение к городскому транспорту. Отель расположен близко к станции метро Aksaray, которая является прямой линией из аэропорта Ататюрк и 2 минуты до станции трамвая T1. Close to Istanbul Airport

My friend and I picked this hotel because of its close proximity to the metro and Istanbul airport so we could catch an early flight the following morning. There was a busy street nearby with a lot of restaurants; however, it is not close to any tourist destinations. The hotel room was small (a standard in Turkey) but clean. The amenities were pretty standard as well- shower, shampoo and soap, hair dryer, towels. They had a great breakfast as well.

Good hotel for its money

I have already written about this hotel and this is my second stay here. First of all it strategically very good located- between Aksaray metro station and Yusufpasha tram station. So you don't need to book taxi or transfer. The rooms are small, shower cabin even smaller. So it is not suitable for people with excessive weight. However rooms are clean and towels and sheets are changed daily. Payment is carried during check in and one of the hotel service team lifts your baggage up by lift. There are phones in bathrooms and safes in the wardrobes but none of them is working. In general it is good hotel if you need only bed and breakfast (by the way quite good breakfast) because this budget hotels doesn't have pool, gym and other facilities like that.

Great Location

Welcoming and friendly staff. My room was spotless when I arrived although perhaps a little smaller than I had anticipated. Staff were very approachable and helpful with directions when needed. The hotel is a five minute walk from Aksaray metro station that runs to the airport and only two minutes from Yusefpasa tram station that runs right through to Sultanahmet. Because of this it was quite busy all the time outside - something I personally was not used to the level of noise involved in this - but it was easily ignored. Breakfast was served every morning with the possibility of dining outside and enjoying the early sun the food was delicious.

Good hotel if you need bed and breakfast

It was good hotel for the money that I paid. It was rather cheap, very goof located- between Aksaray metro station and Yusufpasha tram station. It was clean and tidy- cleaning was provided every day, and sheets and towels changed daily.The only issue could be size of the rooms -they are rather small (about 15 square meters); and size of the batheroom and specially shower cabin- for a little bit overweight people it really can create a problem. It is ideal for people who just need place to sleep and and take shower. Basic but good
