We enjoyed our stay overall, the staff was friendly and breakfast options were good. The hotel is very clean and easy to walk to top attractions. Unfortunately the A/C cannot go below 30 degrees celsius or it blows hot air, this and the mattress being on a board and very hard made it uncomfortable to sleep. We tried opening the window but it is very noisy with train, seagulls, and city noises. It was cool outside but I imagine this would be uncomfortable in warmer temperatures.

The staff were amazing. They were very patient with my children. Housekeeping were very professional as well as the hotel restaurant staff. They answered a lot of our questions about İstanbul. Gave us great recommendations to tours in the rest of Türkiye, in addition to İstanbul. The location is close to the beach/sea side, Sultan Ahmet Square, and so many other attractions. Breakfast was really delicious. Beds were very comfortable. The transfer service to the airport were also very good and professional. I hope to stay again whenever my family or myself visit the the old city area of İstanbul.

I am a very fussy person, but I had no complaints about this hotel whatsoever, Staff are really helpful. Within walking distance of everything, plenty of restuarants around, hotel restaurant, was nice. Breakfast such a variety I really had no complaints at all. Loved the hotel and if I ever returned to Istanbul I wold have no hesitation on staying there again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my husbands birthday special

There is no bathtub, but the shower water volume is strong enough, and the both bedroom and the bed room are ok. Meals 　are served on the rooftop terrace, with a great view of the ocean and the food was delicious. However, it was not as fancy as the advertising photos, and looked old.

Overall, our stay was good, but unfortunately, our room had a strong sewage smell that really impacted our stay. It was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to relax in the room. Although the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, I didn't bring up the issue with them, and I regret that I didn't do so. I hope that in the future, the hotel will take steps to ensure that every room is odor-free. Despite the unpleasant smell, breakfast was good and the location was ideal.

Staff of apple tree are very helpful and kind.breakfast excellent with lot of choices.maximum five to ten minutes walk from main tourist attractions.They provide very efficient airport transfer service with additional cost.Only downside is some strange smell near the room entrance area.and I hope hotel management will sort out this problem.One small suggestion if they can replace tv from old version to smart tv with Netflix and YouTube option.as we were travelling with children and they don’t know local language and hotel is hosting lot of foreigners and this can be helpful.

Reception staff very friendly. The room need some upgrade due to some damage. We stayed 10 days and we had to ask the hotel staff to clean properly due to dust, never changed the sheets to new ones. The cleaner did a very simple cleaning, not even cleaned the toilet sit for once but we got fresh towels. Telephone in the room didn’t work. The curtains didn’t make the room dark and the sound outside was too loud even though it said in their description that it was soundproof. I could smell the cigarette outside coming inside the room. The hotel is in a great place with local restaurants, shops and mosques nearby. Great for tourists visiting Istanbul as it’s 5 to 10 mins away from the tram so good access to public transport too. Staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly. They also provide services to tour Istanbul and do fun activities. I do wish the hotel was cleaner, but for the price point I can’t complain. Good value for money.
